Lomilomi is an ancient Hawaiian restorative healing modality, one major part which is the art of healing touch.

Lomilomi goes far beyond massage; it also illustrates the connection we have with the land (‘aina), and the breath of life (aloha).

It’s also known as Hawaiian massage, and is restorative for many ailments in the body while increasing spiritual energy and personal power (mana). This medium to deep massage uses long, flowing strokes, and deep pressure. The flowing Lomi Lomi strokes not only cleanse, nurtures, invigorates and soothes; but one soon learns this work is therapeutic on all levels.
